Terms of Service

Here are a few things you should know about our affiliate program:

• Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e., signing up for Seodity through your affiliate link)
• Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (i.e., posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will permanently ban your account.
• Sometimes, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn't sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you have a case like this, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to help.
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violating any rules at our sole discretion. Commissions generated by mechanisms that violate our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Commision payment

Seodity's commissions are paid:

• Monthly (usually on the 10th)
• Via PayPal. To receive payment, you must provide a valid PayPal email address.
• When the total amount owing is equal to or greater than $100 USD.
• We could reduce your payout by withholding tax. It depends on what regulations apply in a given country and on what international agreements Poland (where Seodity's headquarters is located) has signed with a given country.
• Please send us a tax residency certificate before withdrawal to avoid or reduce withholding tax.
